User Responsibilities

Prescription & Medicine Policy
Certain medicines require a valid prescription from a licensed doctor.
Uploaded prescriptions may be verified before processing.
Medicine availability and pricing may vary by pharmacy and location.
Orders may be cancelled if prescriptions are invalid or medicines are unavailable.
Appointments & Consultations
Appointment timings depend on doctor, lab, and hospital availability. Delays or rescheduling may occur due to emergencies or operational reasons.
Users are responsible for attending appointments on time. Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation charges as per platform policy.
